      The work culture is amazing. Students and Staff are friendly, Baylor also have fun events through the year. Normally work 8 hour shift, no overtime. Have good benefits.

      Not many cons. Like other higher education roles, you’re paid in benefits like vacation, health leave, etc.

      Administration, lowering retirement, upping dining hall prices, don't care about HR complaints, pay, having to start at 8 am, having to work during student holidays
