      Pros

      I've loved working at Baylor for the last few years. The campus is warm and inviting, and the work is meaningful. Supervisors have been largely supportive. There's a reason Baylor continually earns the "Great Colleges to Work For" recognition!

      There are some lazy workers.

      Positive culture, management is receptive to feedback, clear path for promotions/new opportunities.

      Not many cons. Like other higher education roles, you’re paid in benefits like vacation, health leave, etc.

      My team, the benefits, and tuition remission

      Administration, lowering retirement, upping dining hall prices, don't care about HR complaints, pay, having to start at 8 am, having to work during student holidays
