No handover between recruiters when one goes on leave; client left hanging despite repeated attempts to contact recruiter, and an imminent headline.

Be-IT have a strong senior management team. Experienced directors who've proven themselves in the Scottish IT & Tech recruitment sector. They're always available for advice, and are very well connected with important figures in the market. This is always useful for opening doors for employees to develop business. Recently been hiring a number of new members of staff as the company grows. This has been done in a stable way making sure that the people hired are proven in their market and will add value to the team. I've also noticed that the employees joining have been mature and easy to work with, so cultural fit is always on the radar of the directors when hiring. It's definitely not a place full of flash Harry's boasting about how good they are without any substance to back it up, just a bunch of normal, hard working and successful recruiters. Company is mature and able to let you work from home when needed. Good commission structure that is very easy to understand. Clear targets in place which are fair to your experience level.

Sometimes the tunes on the sonos can be a bit dodgy. This is easily fixed though! 😂 Genuinely no gripes about anything in the company.
