      Pros

      Comms scheme is unbeaten in Glasgow. Home working, flexible hours, good atmosphere, wear what you like, build your own desk with support from management and a focus on goals and achievements not kpis. No one has a made up job title and spends their days telling you what to do whilst not billing, everyone contributes. Great place, wish I'd joined sooner.

      Cons

      You end up really drunk at every work night out. The office dog is a bit of a farter.
