Pros
I made some great friends with those who were in the trenches with me. They say that the stress of disaster bring people together.
Cons
Weak management team who only look out for themselves; Poor communication across the organization; Siloed regions/offices/programs; it is NOT a typical pharma/biotech environment. The US was sold the “US will teach China from their vast experience and we can all grow together” vision but instead it turned out to be “China can do it better, faster, cheaper.” Spoiler Alert: US staff is leaving because they have options.
