Pros
Some smart colleagues that support each other and are trying to do the right thing for the patients. Well positioned to exploit China biotech growth opportunity. Financially stable with promising pipeline and strong collaborations.
Cons
Where to begin: Most of management largely clueless with a sense of entitlement. Absolutely no respect for boundary between home/personal life and work life. Expect texts, e-mails and calls any hour of the day, including weekends, nights,etc. So many silos and lack of communication across functions/geographies.
