      Pros

      Good benefit, flexibility with remote working. The company is on the path to becoming one of the big pharma.

      Cons

      Employee's experience can be at different levels, some are quite experienced, some are not so much. In general, like any big pharma, the company emphasizes company mission and culture, but whether you really like it or not depending on the culture of function you work in and the leadership of that function, it can be challenging at times.
