Pros
Complete flexibility for my role which allowed me to move across the country -- not a lot of companies in the industry are allowing this anymore! Competitive pay. Benefits are top of the line. A ton of PTO is offered for my position. And most importantly the company is growing at a rapid pace.
Cons
Really have not been any cons... If you are used to corporate structure, that gets sort of thrown out the window because of the more flat structure (which gives you a ton of opportunity to make an impact)
