Pros
I was someone that came to Bealstone for sales experience. I had a background in science/research and was striking out with every company I applied for. Bealstone offered the opportunity for fast immersion into the sales field to cultivate experience and training. I was honest with the boss about my intent to gain experience and move on to a different sales company, and he offered candid advice to help me achieve that goal. Even more, I discovered there were a number of coworkers with similar backgrounds that decided to take advantage of the opportunity for rapid advancement into management. What I liked most about Bealstone was the sense of camaraderie. As a new person without virtually any sales experience, it was great to have a large network of support. There was someone available anytime to answer questions and coach me tough situations. Couldn't have asked for a better place to start.
Cons
- There isn't a good opportunity to make six figures unless you plan on becoming a manager. You feel like a bit like an outsider if you are only there for sales experience. - You have to work hard, and sometimes fail, to be successful (if that's a con).
