Pros
- 100% remote team
- this role could be performed from anywhere, and there was flexibility when it came to work hours
- fully supportive leadership
- lots of interesting and varied projects to work on each quarter, which meant I could develop my knowledge and skills in different areas (external and internal marketing)
- the business has grown significantly which is good to see
Cons
- pay could have been better
- as a contractor, you don't get benefits like super and other perks that larger companies would offer (which I accepted in exchange for the flexibility and culture)
