The Cons of working at BEAR Data: - At the time there were some bottlenecks to get some technical designed solutions together with breathing room.

The vision sounds compelling, there are some good people trying to succeed and they have some high profile customers and partners. The offices are in a great location in downtown SF.

Where to begin. This is one of the worst run companies in the tech sector and Bay Area. The CEO is a classic entrepreneur who has no business running a company or managing people. Unethical behavior, outrageious temper tantrums and a strategy that changes day to day and even hour to hour are the norm. He is a disaster as a leader. Execution is sporadic at best, and the culture is based on fear and intimidation. Even partners and vendors hold the CEO in disdain. Do your yourself a favor and skip this stop...your career and life will be better for it!
