      Pros

      The students are why I showed up, not the adults. If you do great things that help move the bar for education, everyone is now an enemy. Doing well and being a great teacher puts a target on your back. Or your tires.

      Cons

      All of it but the students.

      The kids are difficult to handle at times, but I feel like that comes along with the job
