Pros
The only pros are that most people who work there are great and you will very occasionally get a free product
Cons
Terrible management and financial decisions Multiple redundancy rounds each year - then will rehire Managers, Directors and C-Suite look after their own back No promotion opportunities - will do a round of redundancies early in the year and then when it rolls around to April they will say they dont have the money Will make you do work way above your pay grade and then say there isn't budget for progression Poor pay and nepotism hiring - very limited diversity
