If you're considering a role here, do yourself a favour: run. This company is a textbook example of a revolving door workplace—multiple rounds of redundancies in 2025 alone, with little to no warning or compassion. One day you're working alongside colleagues, the next day they're gone without a trace… only to be replaced with new hires in the same roles shortly after. Meanwhile, the C-suite seems immune to the chaos—frequent promotions and pay increases at the top, all while the rest of us were told to tighten belts and brace for financial hardship. It's galling. There is zero genuine care for employee wellbeing. All the negative stories you've heard or read online? They're not exaggerations—they're the daily reality. I personally turned down a promising offer elsewhere to join this circus, and I deeply regret it. Unless you're part of the "golden circle" of favoured employees, you're likely walking on eggshells. Morale is at rock bottom. Fear, anxiety, and confusion are the currency of the workplace culture. The sudden, secretive marketing team redundancy speaks volumes: most of us showed up the next morning wondering what had happened—then watched as their replacements were quickly onboarded. There is also a serious lack of direction. One day you are working on something, the next day its out of the window. It's all fine and well until everyone then uses you as a scapegoat -which I have seen happen often. Things are scrapped, then restarted constantly which can be very frustrating and the term 'strong personality' comes up often to describe people here which in my opinion is code for bully. This company is disorganised, disconnected, and ultimately damaging to anyone who cares about their career or mental wellbeing. Think long and hard before accepting an offer here—you deserve better.
