Pros

Nice mac computers and offices.

Cons

The partners are unwilling to help you grow as an attorney, but are fast to verbally abuse you when you do something wrong, which you will eventually with no guidance. Partners pay very little in comparison to other firms and will work you to an unhealthy level. They also hardly ever provide bonuses. There is zero work life balance at this firm. Your mental health will suffer due to the pressure and unimaginable stress. Partners will call you at all hours of the night and demand that you work weekends on little to no notice. Again, the pay is miserable for the amount of hours and work you are required to do.

Pros

This firm has a very positive and friendly work environment. Everyone gets along well and is treated with respect. The Legal Assistants are outstanding in their knowledge and abilities, and everyone helps each other with questions or problems. Management goes above and beyond what they need to do to make sure that employees are happy, more so than I have ever seen at any other firm. There is a definite "family" atmosphere and the employees are all genuinely appreciated.

Cons

Compared to other law firms that do the same type of work, there are not any cons to working here. The work is interesting, the people are great, the environment is friendly. Although of course everyone is expected to work hard, there is none of the backstabbing and competitive negativity that is so common in other firms.

Pros

Location is great. Lots of parking .

Cons

All I can say is they made us all come in during the entire pandemic. While the rest of America and the World was on quarantine mode, we the employees had to be in this office. The partners of course did not come in. The employees were required to be in the office since March till present, at no point was this office closed or, were we instructed to stay home and work from home. There were times I wondered would I make it out alive because the office would have about 10 people or so and it’s a small office. The owners obviously do not care about employee health and safety, only saving money to live this lifestyle they’re obviously trying to live. Now ask yourself would you work for people who required you to come into an office filled with people during a pandemic? They pretend to be good people but the way they treat their employees as if they’re doing you a favor will show you that they don’t. Over worked, underpaid, abusive and hostile at times environment. Also, you can’t talk in the office it’s like walking on eggshells. This place is a real twilight zone.
