Great place for RBT's and BCBA's - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Behavioral Concepts (CA) Employee Review

The feedback from the BCBAs and clinical directors helped improve my skills as an RBT. The scheduling department responds quickly and efficiently.

No cons at the moment.

- nice staff and willing to help supervisors

- lack of communication - lack of consistent hours - dead end job if you aren’t interested in being a BCBA or PCON - if you arrived on time to your client’s home but your client is late after 15 mins you will have to leave and not get paid for your time. - random gaps in-between your day which you can’t really schedule anything you have either go home or be on the clock waiting around to “work” for your next shift to start - working all day sporadically ( 6-7 hours) - not a stable job due to client cancellations
