Pros

If you are lucky then you will meet colleagues that are nice .

Cons

1. Double standard when treating different staffs. 2. Staff discourage to have boyfriend or married or with kids. 3. Upper management do not have relevant leadership skills or relevant certificate or didn’t upgrade themselves at all. Once you are able to rub their shoes, then you will be promoted very quickly. 4. Contract bond and when you decided to leave the company, you still have to compensate the company money even you serve few months of notices. 5. Not following MOM rules and regulations. 6. No bonus for staffs at all 7. Management don’t really see capability in promoting staffs. They just worry you are smarter than them to replace them, so they will pull you down. 8. Anything happen to you, the boss or upper management will push you to die first. 9. Forceful Annual Leaves( only can use during their so called School Holiday), other than that they will disapprove your leaves. 10. Boss will only listen to only one manager. If you are not in good relationship with the manager, the manager will backstab you or they will think a way to terminate you and ask you for compensation if you resign within the contract.

The company’s benefits system is continuously improving.

Cons

Everyone has their own way of seeing work, so I try to encourage a rational perspective. As for some of the malicious comments, I have to admit… a few of them feel a little petty. Some even seem to stem from personal dissatisfaction with the company. Honestly, I believe no company has the time to waste dealing with an employee like that, and I think any organization would likely let go of such staff.
