Pros

International environment Some dedicated and talented colleagues Potential to learn how not to run a company besides it being profitable

Cons

Controlling and inconsistent leadership: Constant micromanagement creates fear and stress, not motivation. Punitive culture: Mistakes are punished, not learned from. Employees feel blamed for broken systems. Low pay, high expectations: Salaries are far below industry standards while workloads keep growing. Burnout is common. Understaffing: Teams are stretched thin, leading to chronic overwork and low morale. Broken workflows: Outdated processes result in repetitive tasks and daily inefficiencies. No collaboration: Departments are pitting against each other, which isolates employees and increases frustration. HR lacks integrity: Employee concerns are ignored, and decisions around growth, pay, and roles feel biased. No innovation: Upper management discourages initiative, forcing teams to “just execute” under pressure. Product and ethics issues: Employees feel uncomfortable promoting low-quality products with misleading/unclear pricing and a return policy that might go against EU consumer rights.
