Pros

I normally don't fill these out. Just saw a receptionist give the CEO a less than favorable review. I worked there and could not disagree more. He reviews applicants, he takes them to lunch with frequency to stay in tune with the organizational climate. I've seen him on the floor checking on staff and patients alike. I used to park near him and you can learn alot by where someone parks. He's not lazy. The Hospital has some great doctors, nurses, RT, lab, CNAs that know & genuinely love their community.

Cons

No place is perfect. The good news is that they make efforts to address issues when appropriate.

Pros

As with working in many hospital systems, Beloit Memorial Hospital offers fantastic healthcare and dental insurance coverage. Beloit also offers tuition assistance for those looking to advance within the company. What really makes Beloit Memorial a unique place to work, though, is their dedication to giving all employees a voice within the system. Beloit strives to connect all employees with management and administration.

Cons

The tuition can be a little tricky to navigate. Unless you're on a really straight path, such as a CNA working to become an LPN or an RN, applying and actually being granted tuition assistance can be pretty difficult.
