Pros

Franchisee is a good reputable company (all are dealerships, no beltone corporate companies), draw is liveable in midwest (excepting large cities) but big cities have "questionable" practices. Not that Beltone would ever be impugned, the testing keeps the company HONEST....Great trainer and company in Metro Detroit "earphonics".......

Cons

Two months into business. Don't have accurate gauge on business, but many people helped so far.

Pros

I can't think of much.

Cons

Micromanagment or everything. Really high employee turnaround where they expect you to pick up the pieces. They offer incentives for sales but put the bar up way too high so it won'tbe met in certain areas. They force certain offices into contracts with insurance companies that are annoying and reimburse low. They tell you when you can use your paid time off and you have to find your own coverage. They send out constant mailers for free hearing tests and make no money from them. Cameras in employee areas. They don't pay enough. It's not comparable and a bit insulting. The insurance benefits are awful. You will never meet a deductible for any of the plans they offer. The WORST patients. They are entitled and needy.
