Hello, we appreciate your honest feedback. During this time of employment, did you speak with your manager or executive management about your concerns? We are in the process of creating and updating our policies, procedures, and training for all technical positions. We are always open and stress the importance of an employee communicating with us if they see something wrong and to bring it to management's attention so it can be remedied. The executive management is very responsive to employee's needs, and to this moment is not aware of any issues. No company is perfect by any means, however, in order to improve, there has to be solid communication between staff and management.
