Pros

A midsize Brazilian company that aims the big picture after a recent IPO. They have good benefits and great facilities. Bematech has grown over the years by acquiring other companies which opens many opportunities and challenges. Their hardware soul is moving towards software and integrated solutions.

Cons

Growth is being painful since most of the acquisitions lost value and market share after some time. They acquire companies that are competitive under tight owner-self management and lightweight processes, but when those companies merge with a confuse management and undefined processes the result is chaos. Management is weak because they tend to be centralized, are tainted by politics, communicate poorly and have low team building attitudes.

Worked with some great, talented people!

There is ZERO communication! CEO constantly blames others for his lack of leadership and is running the company into the ground!.By far the worst company I have ever worked for. There was absolutely NO training on any level and no quality control to speak of!. Lacked documentation to be able to perform duties asked of us! CEO did not care if product was assembled correctly. The CEO's only concern was ship ship ship! Company didnt not care about its employees and also treated them poorly. Employees were constantly in fear of losing their jobs if they spoke up about the mistreatment. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR EMPLOYEMENT!

Hello, we appreciate your honest feedback. During this time of employment, did you speak with your manager or executive management about your concerns? We are in the process of creating and updating our policies, procedures, and training for all technical positions. We are always open and stress the importance of an employee communicating with us if they see something wrong and to bring it to management's attention so it can be remedied. The executive management is very responsive to employee's needs, and to this moment is not aware of any issues. No company is perfect by any means, however, in order to improve, there has to be solid communication between staff and management. We are truly sorry that you had a poor experience, and will use your comment here to address concerns.
