Pros
Remote work Some flexibility with schedule
Cons
Salaries are significantly below market value. The company prides itself on career growth but does not follow through on this commitment. Senior management is not receptive to feedback or suggestions from lower-level employees regarding ways to improve the client experience. There is little to no job security, as the company undergoes massive layoffs roughly every 4–6 months. The role continued to have more and more responsibilities added to it despite no change in salary. Unorganized: It seemed like every 2–3 weeks, policies would change on a whim to try to solve problems, instead of taking the time to identify the actual root cause and come up with a proper long-term solution. Continually dealing with upset customers due to an inefficient sales pipeline. Each team (sales, bookkeepers, etc.) is extremely siloed, and there seems to be little care for helping out other teams (e.g., providing insight into the customer and what they need assistance with).
