UP is the only shining light and they are right to keep it completely seperate from the dredge that is main bank. The EVP isn’t worth the paper it’s written on because the employee experience and culture is one of the worst in banking. Don’t let the lure of the ‘community bank’ fool you - it doesn't do what it says on the tin! If you work for a big bank and think it will be better at Bendigo - don’t. Stay where you are - you’re better off and the money will certainly be better where you are
