      Pros

      Encourage attendance of courses, friendly staff, location in the country, laid back environment. cruisy easy work, some areas are innovative, new hospital opening soon.

      Cons

      Very exclusive environment. Bullying and blame culture, not supportive of development, do not recognise hard work, reward bad behaviour, poor management skills, often see promotions to level of incompetence. No KPIs, no professional development plan. Poor people management skills at a senior level. Not paid for extra work

      Pros

      Digital Services team is relatively inclusive. Many DS staff are friendly and I witnessed little overt bullying or harassment.

      Cons

      Expect pressure to commit to work that cannot realistically be delivered with existing resources. Quality, governance, and strategic planning are routinely deprioritised. Not recommended for anyone who values best-practice IT.
