Excellent company to work for, where owners and President truly care about their employees & their families. They reward employees for company's success and always show their appreciation at company sponsored events and holiday functions. From the top down, this Company treats you like a family and not like a number. This company is always about promoting from within, which I can attest to as someone who started here 20 years ago at an entry level position to now COO. Great employees who care about the Company, each other and very little turnover which is why it has always maintained a family atmosphere.
