BA - Beauty Advisor Benefit Cosmetics Employee Review

The company is super pushy and you can be stood traffic stopping for up to 3-4 hours a day. The company itself don't care about the staff you are spoken to like rubbish and you can try as hard as you want and it's still never good enough. I worked for this company for 1 year and at least 9 girls left due to management. I would never work for this company again and would advise anyone else who was going to apply for job to make sure they know what they are in for as in your interview they make it sound like the best job in the world but fail to mention how you aren't allowed to stand at your own counter you are literally traffic stopping all the time.
