Cons
Beneq was once a promising company with innovation at its core, but unfortunately, its work culture has taken a sharp decline due to the influence of few individuals in leadership. What was once an environment of collaboration and growth has become toxic, where internal politics and favoritism overshadow merit and expertise. Beneq’s decline into toxicity can largely be attributed to the Semiconductor management personal, whose harmful and corrosive behavior has driven, and continues to drive, talented individuals out of the company. The negative shift has resulted in a culture of fear, poor decision-making, and declining morale. Employees who once thrived are now disengaged, and the company is losing valuable talent due to mismanagement. Instead of fostering a healthy workplace. All Semiconductors experts and talents have now left the company, Sales is as bad as it's reputation. For those considering Beneq as a potential employer or business partner, it's worth digging deeper into recent changes within the organization. What was once an exciting place to work has unfortunately been overshadowed by a toxic leadership style that prioritizes control over competence.
