The negative shift has resulted in a culture of fear, poor decision-making, and declining morale. Employees who once thrived are now disengaged, and the company is losing valuable talent due to mismanagement. Instead of fostering a healthy workplace. All Semiconductors experts and talents have now left the company, Sales is as bad as it's reputation.
