Purpose driven company you can be proud to say you're working for because of the impact it has on the world during this time.
Cons
There is no accountability in this company. For years people have coasted by, missing deadlines and targets because no one cared enough to steer the ship in the right direction. Recently, there was a change in direction and we started hitting deadlines and targets for the first time in over a year, but that was halted with a turnover on the leadership team (AGAIN - 3rd sales leader in 18 months). Now we're back to missing targets and people getting a pat on the head for being mediocre.
