      Strong collegial feeling among the main floor of PRs and Designers, which extended to partners abroad, a nice understanding of others' remits with respectful junior workforce and efficient, user-friendly systems.

      Cons

      Lack of gender diversity in executive Partner cohort resulting in underlying attitudes of misogyny at times - quite an old fashioned and gendered office in this respect.

      Pros

      Good community, lots of opportunity to work for brands. Nice office although pandemic spoiled that for a time. Felt supported by HR and my manager.

      Cons

      Busy workload and sometimes unrealistic expectations from clients that were not dealt with by managers
