Strong collegial feeling among the main floor of PRs and Designers, which extended to partners abroad, a nice understanding of others' remits with respectful junior workforce and efficient, user-friendly systems.
Cons
Lack of gender diversity in executive Partner cohort resulting in underlying attitudes of misogyny at times - quite an old fashioned and gendered office in this respect.
