Nothing good about this place

They show favoritism on night shift allowing some workers to do nothing at all, sit down and use cell phone. While I get fired after being there 4 days for using my phone once. They also put me on the hardest line and the supervisor said it was because no one else wants to work on it . However ; I was never given the option not to. I did what was asked of me.
