They show favoritism on night shift allowing some workers to do nothing at all, sit down and use cell phone. While I get fired after being there 4 days for using my phone once. They also put me on the hardest line and the supervisor said it was because no one else wants to work on it . However ; I was never given the option not to. I did what was asked of me.

17 supervisors in the past 5 years No cost of living wage increase in 5 years No wage increase for merit A day off costs 12 hours of vacation Only 8 hours of holiday pay is given Revolving door Expected to work in 100+ climate with no A/C Nepotism HR doesn’t listen Management doesn’t listen Attendance policy not enforced Not treated like a human being You are a commodity to make the company profit Expected to do anything asked Even things outside your job description and responsibilities Advancement offered but no wage increases even if an amount is agreed upon You will be asked to do the work of 2 and 3 people and receive nothing for it No appreciation No gratitude

From what I have seen and heard, not many.

Cons

Micromanagement, favoritism, no preventive maintenance on equipment, no work life balance.
