There are few "best" reasons to work there lately. Most of the benefits that were once revered in its demographic have been removed. Moral is at its very lowest point. Most employees feel the company will not survive past 2009.

No growth opportunities exsist; leadership and competence of Senior Management are questionable, at best; benefits have been reduced to a bare minimum - no raises nor cost-of-living increases in 3 years; very little communication from upper management; no due-process in regard to infractions - most end up in termination. 50+ employees let go since August 2009. Management is re-organized every couple of months without informing employees of changes; No fairness in promotions and job positions
