Pros
Great leader. John. He knows his stuff, and teaches it to his employees in a very well done manner. Kudos to John. Good man. Smart man, deserves to do well in this business. I give credit where credit is due, the work life balance is pretty solid here.
Cons
Little room for growth. Management could do a better job fostering growth. Not to harp on John, but he's the only leader that really proactively trained anyone. Also some of the key management figures under John are, for lack of a better word, puzzling. Not quite sure how they got there, respectfully. (Though I need not show much respect I vow never to return to this sector of business, it is my curtesy to show respect). Nonetheless...please take a look at your upper management. I beg you kindly!
