Pros

Staff price only for chocolate

Cons

1. Poor management system (high turnover rate, don't have senior to teach and need to do things by my own) 2. Multi-tasking (factory with many product line, but only few executives to handle everything even jobs that are not listed in the offer letter) 3. Micro management (everything must direct to the boss, stressed and headache) 4. Toxic working environment (tried being yelled without stopping, poor communication, don't appreciate what you have done, cannot be friend with other colleagues)

Pros

Great Brand & Product: Working with a well-known Malaysian brand and high-quality chocolate products is a prideful experience. Learning Opportunities: You get to learn a lot about the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and production processes. Teammates: Most of the staff are hardworking and supportive, making the daily grind more manageable.

Cons

Micro-management: The management style can feel quite restrictive, which sometimes slows down productivity and dampens morale. Work-Life Balance: Frequent overtime and last-minute requests are common, making it difficult to maintain a steady balance. Communication: Internal communication between departments could be much smoother to avoid confusion during product launches.
