1. No career progression. 2. Typical family business environment. Has 3 siblings and each are boss at each plant. Jealousy among them but then staff had to suffer on the consequences. 3. Lack of professionalism. 4. Boss shout at you eventhough it is not your fault. 5. Foreign workers are treated with more dignity compared to local.

1. Poor management system (high turnover rate, don't have senior to teach and need to do things by my own) 2. Multi-tasking (factory with many product line, but only few executives to handle everything even jobs that are not listed in the offer letter) 3. Micro management (everything must direct to the boss, stressed and headache) 4. Toxic working environment (tried being yelled without stopping, poor communication, don't appreciate what you have done, cannot be friend with other colleagues)
