Pros
The friends you gain while working there. These are the people who will put in a good word for you, people you hang out with after work. The one thing I hated about leaving Best Buy was that I did not get to work with these people everyday. They were really good friends.
Cons
The management sometimes and the people. The management is really bad about promotions. Some people who did not deserve it was getting promoted and some who did were not because they were such a seller, they did not want to lose that person who was bringing in all the revenue. There were also times in which management gave hours to people who did not deserve it because they were playing favorites.
