Pros

For the most part Best Buy is a great place to work. They are very flexible with hours and dont give you much trouble when you need some time off. The pay is above average if you can prove yourself within the first years review. Also if the store does well employees are rewarded with employee profit sharing. Most employees are usually nice to each other but can be rude to customers. The work environment is very good but if you are the one to go above and beyond others just watch and do not do their job. Again overall I think that it is a good place to work it just may take some time to get where you want to be in the company.

Cons

When you try to go above and beyond, many times managers do not see what you have done.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
