Pros

-They pay above minimum wage -PLENTY of hours during holiday season -Very respectful of school hours, other jobs, and just general life. -Great treatment from company -Plenty of opportunities to get extra hours (volunteer for midnight openings!) -Store I worked had lots of drawings for cash or lunch or rewards for selling a certain amount or signing up a certain number of credit cards. -Lunches you get paid to go to. -They want you to get paid for coming in and filling out paper work. Awesome! -ETK

Cons

-Management expects you to follow customers around and bother them to buy something. I've heard a few customer complaints on this. -Most of the people in the computer section were lazy towards their jobs.

Pros

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

Cons

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
