Pros

-- Great co-workers -- Some stores have great managers -- Easy transfers: If you are moving, it's easy to transfer -- Easy, straight-forward interview process -- If you need time off, as long as you put it well enough in advance, you get it -- Sensitive to personal problems

Cons

-- No room for growth -- Hours are random, and don't have consistency with your schedule -- Raises are there, but not high.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
