Pros

There weren't very many other than the discount.

Cons

Best Buy has to have been one of the most difficult and challenging places to work. There are rarely any opportunities to move up in the company. What is more than likely to happen is that Best Buy will hire someone from outside the company or someone who is already in a management position in the organization, but rarely from the bottom up. As their business has begun to shrink and also spike downwards, they've had to make major adjustments to the business as well as to the positions in the store, so it is common to have one associate wearing two or three hats for the same pay. I wouldn't recommend it. Period. It's not worth the time or the pay for retail.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
