Pros

If you're a fulltime employee, the benefits are fantastic, and there are plenty of opportunities for stock options and bonuses if you're higher up in the leadership heirarchy. The employee discount is good, the pay is much better than most retail places, and overall there is a good sense of teamwork. The company focuses a lot on individual development. Despite some negative press, the overall focus on customer service and satisfaction behind the scenes is extremely high, especially when compared to some other places I've worked in the past. I've always been treated well.

Cons

Sometimes stores can be very "clique"ish and people will move up and get promotions based more on how well liked they are versus their actual ability to lead. Sometimes there is a lack of focus on overall improvement of employees and instead management gets misguided and focuses on driving a performance goal instead of fixing the problems that led to the lower number to begin with.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
