Pros

The benefits were great, I was able to have surgery done on my teeth and get mental health diagnoses for pennies on the dollar with the deductible in place. Sales experience here looks phenomenal at any other sales-related position, some places actively look for employees from this company. At least they used to, anyways.

Cons

Good luck getting full time, this company would erase all full time spots and make it so only teenagers could work here. In general, you're entirely a number, a mechanism for management to sell crappy credit cards and bad memberships to people who don't really want or need them. If you do become a supervisor or manager, you're placing unnecessary responsibility on yourself and placing a target on your back to get unceremoniously fired when the CEO decides she wants another bonus. There's a reason the blueshirts have a joke about her performing "Thanos Snaps". Your pay caps at $17.25/hr if you're not a supe or manager, you'll get maybe 32hrs/wk consistently if you're lucky and it's not holiday season, and you'll be dealing with some of the most entitled people of all time.

Pros

No Need to sell or deal with customers (Much) Constantly moving so you always have a task to do Management leaves you to your own devices Almost all warehouse employees have a set of headphone

Cons

Everyone (Cust & employees) Expect an encyclopedic knowledge on where every single item is. Management seems to think we can lift a 85" tv, pull a washer off the top shelf, stock gaming shelves, and handle store pick up at the same moment. Customers think we don't want to help them when we call someone else to help with sales There's almost too much to do and even though we may have 1-3 employees working at a time, 1 is at the door, 1 is behind store pick up, which leaves 1 employee to handle new orders, deliveries, and down stocking.
