Best in the consumer electronics field, especially compared to the train wreck that is Circuit City right now. The Local leadership and management teams.

Life Balance is always an ongoing challenge, constant re-orgs over the years that have resulted in major uncertainty for the future and many people in positions they don't understand, especially at the corporate office. This has also resulted in a very difficult environment to navigate when getting business support or answers to questions.
