Pros

You learn so much! If you love technology and learning it's definitely the place to be. You will make friends and memories. The pay is decent for the area. You will have a great hours at first especially if you start around the holidays.

Cons

Like with any job you will run into bumps. You need to be headstrong and not light hearted. Customers can be disgusting and vile but also become like family. Depending on how well you work with others will make or break you. Not all managers and Supervisors are the greatest at times. Get everything in writing and keep records or encounters that may come up in the future. If you step on toes or outshine anyone expect to catch grief. Also, depending on how well you are liked may determine if you keep amazing hours or if you lose your work life balance.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
