Pros
It used to be discount, but lately even that has been getting worse and worse. The BEST reason is that you actually are payed a very decent wage compared to other retail locations, at least in this area. If possible try to work in the computer department or geek squad as they are the best paying.
Cons
Politics, politics, politics. There is nothing (at the store level anyway) that is not affected by "who you know" not by what you know. You can be the worst employee that has ever been born but as long as you know the right people you will get promoted and help cripple the performance of your store.
