Pros
-Everyone at Geek Squad is very nice and willing to train
-Great opportunity to learn hands on IT skills
-Time off requests are easy.
-Management are nice people.
Cons
-Sometimes appointments are double booked (can be stressful at times).
-Apple or Verizon will send people to Geek Squad, often the issue needs to be resolved by them and not Geek Squad.
-Just a part of dealing with the public, but expect to deal with mean customers every now and then (don't take it personal).
