I have been in this industry for 30+ years with 20+ at Best Tile. In summary, I would have not stayed this long if this was not a fair, excellent company.
Working at Best Tile feels like working with family and friends. Lots of great quality products to sell, and kind contractors to work with. Learned a lot about the tile industry and design.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth. Bonus compensation depends on growth of economy. High quality tile with higher end prices, tough to compete with Floor and Decor. Hired as full time, then company cut hours for all employees and no longer had full time hours.
