      After two years with this company , I am continually grateful and astounded by the unlimited potential, amazing culture that encourages, supports , and coaches so to continually grow personally and professionally. Where you continually reap the benefits of hard work, with an income that surpasses many especially in this industry tied to a lifestyle which provides great balance.

      Cons

      anything that requires a change in thinking , situation or circumstance takes an element of risk, here the structure and support provides the stability for you that outweighs that risk when hard work is applied.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
