      Pros

      Continued support always! I only wish I had started working with BVM years ago! This company wants to see everyone succeed. The support is there 100% of the time. No judgement only encouragement.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
